The Role
We are seeking a Seasonal HR Coordinator to play a key role in building and supporting our 2026 US Open workforce. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources within a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Duration:
Seasonal Role from May until September 13, 2026.
Pre-Tournament Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Five days a week at the National Tennis Center, Queens, NY.
Flexibility required for occasional weekend events (e.g., job fairs)
Tournament Schedule (US Open period):
Up to 12-hour shifts, Monday–Sunday (7 days per week)
Must be flexible to work opening, mid, or closing shifts

Pay Rate: $19/hour (overtime eligible)
Meal Allowance: Daily meal allowance provided during the tournament
